Gentle Hands  (Greenhills, San Juan, Philippines)
Focuses on abused, orphaned, abandoned and sick children and out-of-school youth. Over 5,000 babies have been born at Gentle Hands since it began. Takes the infants, newborns, and others that no one else wants. Short-term rehabilitive care facility.

George Mueller Children's Home  (Kapra, ECIL, Hyderabad, India)
Caring for 25 boys and girls in great need. Providing food, clothes and school needs. We need volunteers to help us to teach crafts and computers.

Gethsemane International  (Ngong Town, Kenya)
Our goal is to raise disciples of Jesus Christ who will be beacons of light in their community. We provide a home, education, and TLC to abandoned children and AIDS orphans. Volunteers are useful during our annual short-term trips, and we may need additional volunteers from time to time. We hope to open a facility in Mongolia soon.

Global Aid Network (GAiN USA)
Short term trips to minister to children in hospitals, orphanages, reform schools, and youth camps. Many have been abused, abandoned, and forgotten. Global Hope  (Arad, Romania)
Global Hope hosts mission teams for two-week trips to Arad, Romania, to work with orphans and abandoned children. Teams of up to 12 or 15 people spend time in orphanages, hospitals, and children's homes, providing hands-on Christian love. For ages 18 or older, younger if chaperoned.

Global Volunteer Network

God's Chosen Ones Ministry (GCOM) (Delmas, Haiti)
A non-denominational Evangelical Christian ministry helping the poorest, discouraged, homeless, and uneducated children since 2003. We desire to set as many children as possible free from the power of Satan; and become victorious in God's Kingdom. Volunteers can help with art, music, dance, or anything else to help the poorest people of Haiti.

God's Littlest Angels  (Port-au-Prince, Haiti)
Provides medical care to premature and malnourished infants, and facilitates adoptions for orphaned and abandoned children under 4. Volunteers considered.

Good News Centre (Kenya) (Dutch-run orphanage, "Stichting Weeskinderen Kenia").
Het Good News Centre (Habari Njema Centre) ligt in de sloppenwijk Kibarague op 8 km van Nairobi. Het valt v.w.b. het bestuur deels onder het Aartsbisdom van Nairobi. Het centrum wordt gerund door Keniase zusters en herbergt circa 600 kinderen.

Good Samaritan Baptist Ministries (Challapalli, Krishna Dt, Andhra Pradesh, India)
GSBM cares for orphan children in the Krishna district. Also a widow's home, and HIV/AIDS awareness camps and community development programs at rural and remote villages.

Good Samaritan Childrens Home - Uganda
We're committed to demonstrating love to children and their foster families - future doctors, teachers and preachers. We're making a difference in their lives. Inquiries from volunteers skilled in administration, fund raising, computers, teaching, parenting, community, proposal writing and child care are welcomed.

Good Shepherd Agricultural Mission GSAM (Banbassa, Uttarakhand, India)
A children's home and farm on the Indian side of the Nepal border with over 120 children and over 200 people who are cared for. Volunteers who are truly believing Christians are welcomed. Many different skills are useful, even if it's only hold to a baby and help it feel loved.

Good Shepherd Children's Home (near Tegucigalpa, Honduras)
Operated by Baptist Medical & Dental Mission International. Some of the 200 or so children are orphans, some have been abused by their parents. The ministry help by providing food and shelter, and plans to establish cottage style housing for girls.

Good Shepherd Orphanage   (Umsawriang Village, Umroi, Ri-Bhoi District, Meghalaya, India)
This privately supported facility houses 10 orphans. More children will be added as improvements in our financial situation occur. A lower primary school is planned, for which a teacher is needed.

Gospel for India Children's Home  (Karamuru, Andhra Pradesh, India)
Volunteers who will help with providing care for many orphans in this facility are welcomed to contact us.

The Gospel House (Guy's Hill, Jamaica)

Grace Children's Home   (Andhra Pradesh, India)
We care for abandoned children. We send them to schools and help them to live a better independent life. We teach them Christian principles and Word of God. Grace Christian Childrens Home (Nepal)
We believe that every man, woman and child should have their basic needs met. Grace church wants to help those who live in scarcity and pain by enhancing the capacity of local bodies and by physical, moral and spiritual assistance.

Greenfield Orphanage (Sandy Bay, Roatan, Honduras)
Child Sponsorship International ministers to the children of Roatan through an orphanage, youth center, and educational sponsorships. Volunteers welcome (construction teams, help for sports, art, drama, computer camps, etc.). Staff (teachers, builders, etc.) needed.

Greenhouse Orphanage (The Greenhouse Project) (Uganda)
Our purpose is to provide spiritual and physical education and emotional care for every child so that each one will become a responsible Christian and productive citizen of Uganda. Volunteers are welcome if they have a heart of love for children and a Christian foundation in their lives.

Haiti Children's Home  (Mirebalais, Haiti)
Houses infants and children from premature newborn to 9 years old. We also provide some nursing care to premature and malnourished children from the community. Volunteers: help with babies, play with children, do maintenance, help with medical care, teach, and tell about Jesus.

Haiti Children's Rescue Mission
Dedicated to helping the abandoned and homeless children of Haiti, by offering them a new chance at life. We need volunteers for child care, nurses and doctors, and school teachers. Please consider joining one of our short term mission trips, or becoming a longer term volunteer.

Hands and Feet Project
This is a children's village in Jacmel, Haiti started by Christian rock band Audio Adrenaline. Our mission is to care for orphans in their own culture to help them change their country. Hands of Mercy Christian Outreach International (Accra, Ghana or Tamale, Ghana)
We work strictly with orphans. Most of the children have suffered so much and just need caring people around them. Many were on the streets and had to struggle just to live day to day. Volunteers are needed to teach, play, and sing with the children, and to teach hygiene and health issues.

Hands On Missions
We take volunteer teams to Sister Carol's Orphanage in Kenya twice a year and to Grace Farm Orphanage in Malawi once a year, to work with the orphans and in other ministries. Hannah's Hope Orphan Care Homes (Guatemala)
With no government structure in place to care for orphans, our Homes - the only homes of their kind in Guatemala - offer children the hope for a new life. Once a child is welcomed into Hannah's Hope they are immediately showered with love and are cared for in a most special way. Mission teams are welcomed.

Happy Family  (Brazil)
We are a Brazilian couple. We have 53 adopted Children two biological daughters, a two house shelter with 21 children. We would love volunteers who can help with child care for small children to inquire.

Happy Home for the Handicapped (Shimoga, India)
Many are crippled from polio because of the lacking vaccinations. All are handicapped physically or mentally. One has never spoken a word after being here for months. They come without adequate clothing, and must be taught basic hygiene.

Happy Horizons Children's Ranch  (Philippines)
Dedicated to the rehabilitation and defense of the "street children" of the Philippines. Street outreach, crisis centers, transition and group homes. Volunteers welcomed to inquire. (Affiliated with Assemblies of God)

The Harbor in St. Petersburg  (St. Petersburg, Russia)
We work to meet the physical and spiritual needs of children who have "graduated" from government orphanages (about 40,000 street children live in and around this city), by providing job skills and placements, and hiring Christian staff to mentor and provide hope through Jesus Christ. Will you help us?

Harvest Children's Home  (Fundong, Cameroon, West Africa)
A home to at least 55 orphans, and constantly growing. Volunteers are urged to contact us, regardless if they have any special skills. We need those who can help with construction, carpentry, teaching, and doctors and nurses.

Harvest Outreach Ministries  
Based in Liberia, West Africa, we seek mission partners from evangelical organizations and individuals of good will. We invite churches, pastors, teachers, revivalists, and seminar leaders to work with us. Volunteers can also work with our orphans, children and youth ministries.

Harvesters Orphanage (Sudan)

Healing Focus Orphanage Centre  (Iganga, Nkono, near Kampala, Uganda)
Bringing hope and self-sufficiency to the disadvantaged children. Elemental and basic studies school. Training in carpentry, joinery, tailoring, bakery, computer use, shoe cobbling, mechanics, plumbing and construction. Volunteers can educate, offer help to the children, and teach children Bible principles.

Heart of Christ Ministries (Reynosa, Mexico)

We have 102 children, boys and girls, aged from newborn to 15 that are housed, schooled, and cared for in two separate facilities that are within walking distance of each other and Quisqueya Chapel. His House Ministries of Guatemala
Providing Christian education, medical, trade, clean water, pastor training to the extremely poor people of Guatemala. The needs are desperate, for housing, clean water, education, demonstrations of the Love of Jesus. PLEASE inquire about helping us.

His Saving Grace Outreach Ministries (HSGOM)  (Iganga district, Eastern Uganda)
We seek to give hope to the hopeless orphans in our community by giving accommodation, education, food and water, and medical health care, under Christian guidance and love. Hogar Belen   (Managua, Nicaragua)
Sponsored by Mustard Seed Community, this facility is currently home to abandoned/handicapped children and will eventually accommodate up to 50 kids. Belén (Spanish for Bethlehem) aspires to meet the needs of the children served there.

Hogar Christiano (Dominican Republic) - (web site not always working).
Since 1984 we have provided hot meals, medicine and basic education for the poor and orphaned children of Barahona. Founder Pastor Paulino Santana and his wife Ondina of Iglesia Evangelista Jerusalem, has dedicated his life to the physical and spiritual nourishment of the children in his barrio.

Hogar De Refugio Infantil Villa Juarez (Sonora State, Mexico)
About 30 children are housed and cared for. Elementary school on property, older children attend Christian secondary schools. Volunteers from outside of Mexico are needed for various positions at the orphanage, filling roles such as houseparents, maintenance, grounds, and teachers.

We take in at-risk children from the Thailand hill tribes, who would be sold into the sex trade. We also take in children who are abused, abandoned, or who have lost their parents to HIV/AIDS. One of a very few foreign-run orphanages in China. We love and care for the homeless children of GongYi.

Home of Joy (Chiang Mai, Thailand)
We need volunteers to hug and play with kids or do maintenance and yard work. We aim to identify children from northern Thailand who are under five, and have been truly orphaned or abandoned due to abuse or neglect. Affiliated with Youth With A Mission.

Home of New Life   (West Bank, Ramallah, Israel)

Home Sweet Orphanage Home  (Bugonzi Village, Masaka, Uganda)
We accommodate over 40 children under 12 years, mostly girls, orphans, disabled, and those affected and infected by HIV/AIDS. We welcome all kinds of volunteers with all kinds of skills mostly teaching skills, kids care and youth training. We operate under the Butende Parish Church.

Honduras Missions - Children's Lighthouse  (Choluteca, Honduras, Central America)
We work with the courts and child services. We accept severely abused children and give them the Love of Christ in deed and in truth. They become part of a Christian family and as such receive all the benefits; the gospel, love, protection, food, clothing, education, and Godly parents who care as their own.

Hope Community Center (Kenya)
Christ-centered orphanage, church and outreach ministry to orphans, street children and the poor in a slum area of Kinangop. We live, work and pray together, creating a place that the abandoned, many of whom once lived in the street corridors and sewage pipes, can call home. Volunteers welcomed to inquire: we have many opportunities. 

Hope Farm (Embo Valley, South Africa)
We seek to minimize the devastating psychological and physical effects of HIV / AIDS on the children of Embo by empowering the community to care for them. We care for 64 Grannies that are caring for 398 children, distribute food weekly, provide a community garden, pay school fees and provide uniforms for about 60 children, and much more.

Hope House Maternity Home (Show Low, Springerville, Arizona)
We serve the single mothers and children of their communities, including Apache residents, as we are close to the Ft. Apache Indian Reservation. Some of the residents have small children and/or stay for up to a year after baby is born. Volunteers (including house mothers) are vital to our work. Also Women's Choice Pregnancy Clinics.

HOPE Orphanage (Heaven for the Orphan People on Earth) (Bapatla, India)
HOPE is an orphanage run as a family (at present we have 31 children). It also has a ministry feeding 30 widows twice daily, also giving the children opportunity to serve. Volunteers are welcomed as long as they can be trusted with the children, and do not try to introduce harmful doctrine contrary to fundamental Christian beliefs.

Hope Unlimited for Children (Near Campinas and Vitoria, Brazil)
A long-term educational, residential and Christ-centered therapeutic program for street children in Brazil. Our mission is to transform the lives of these children and their future generations with a productive future and eternal hope. House of Grace Girls Home (Northern Thailand)
Founded to protect and care for tribal Akha girls that are at risk of being sold into prostitution in Bangkok, House of Grace has been called "the finest children's home in Thailand." Located in the mountains of northern Thailand. Affiliated with Global Servants.

Home of Hope (Peru)  (Hogar de Esperanze)
Cares for more than 70 children, including some who have been abused and/or addicted to drugs. Volunteers over 18 who are sincerely interested in helping children and can commit to serve for at least six months are welcomed to inquire.

House of Hope (Mji wa Neema and Sadia Orphanages) (Kenya)
Two small, newly established orphanages in Kenya provide refuge for AIDS orphans and street children. Volunteers who can provide help with carpentry and building maintenance skills, childcare and basic healthcare are welcomed to apply.

House of Hope (Caminul Sperantei) (Arad, Romania)
Global Hope builds and operates group children's homes in Romania, taking in children from state run orphanages and providing a large "family" to grow up in. We invite inquiries from volunteers who have a willingness to love children through Jesus Christ. We also operate Casa Anei or Ana's House.

House of Love Huong Duong orphanage  (Nha Trang, Viet Nam)
"Nha Tinh Thuong" There are about 30 children at the orphanage. Their ages range from 4 through 18 years old. Four of them are handicapped. The children are under care of Catholic priests, and 2 nuns from the Men Thanh Gia convent.

Houses of Happiness Orphanage (Quito, Ecuador)
Located in the Andes mountain range, it is home to over 180 abandoned Ecuadorian children, each of whom live in one of 20 houses with approximately 10 other children and are cared for by a house mother. Volunteers and short term teams are welcomed to inquire.

Human Welfare Center and Orphanage Home (Andhra Pradesh, South India)
The Human Welfare Centre has been in operation since 1966. About 40 children are cared for. Needs are great. Volunteers okay.

I Love You Orphanage (Freetown, Sierra Leon)  (No web site)
The ILYO is in the part of Freetown where the bulk of the population was killed during the war. The children are very poor and need LOVE and to be in a better environment. Help is really needed including a building for 100 orphans and a school in the compound. We urge volunteers to come and help. We need you.

In The Father's Hand Orphanage  (Port de Paix, Haiti)
We teach scripturally and care for boys and girls between the ages of 2 months and 15 years of age. We have a school from preschool to grade 4 and a church. We host church groups to assist with construction and general skills. We accept donations to sponsor our children and to continue our construction projects.

InAsMuch Children's Home  (Bucharest, Romania)

India Christian Ministries
We have three church-based family homes for orphans operating, as well as two homes for children with special needs, plus many other children's programs. We often have teams come and work with us, and can always use the extra hands! Please see our site for current needs.

Indian Christian Mission Centre (Salem, Tamil Nadu, India)
The ICMC was established in 1988 with 12 orphans, today we have grown to over 1600 and are one of the largest orphanages in all India. Our aims are to provide, physical and spiritual health for these children. By supplying them with shelter, food, clothing and education. Volunteers encouraged to inquire.

India Prayer & Fellowship Association (Madras, India)
In India parents don't like to give birth to girls. We try to help those who have suffered from abandonment, child abuse, family violence, divorce, poverty, and negligence. Volunteers who can teach spoken English, craft, songs, skits and show His love to the kids are welcomed to inquire.

Manjeri Children's Home  (Lugazi, Uganda)

Maranatha Children Homes (Andhra Pradesh, India)
Four homes currently care for about 270 children from different caste groups and Hindu, Muslim, and Christian families. We have helped hundreds of children some of whom have become Doctors and Engineers. Margaret Bell School  (Kitwe, Zambia)
This school was formed to help kids who have lost or are losing parents as result of HIV/AIDS related diseases, to get schooling. We have about 350 kids from nursery to grade 7. We really need the skills of teachers and medical staff and builders.

Marsh Children's Home  (Acapulco, Mexico)
We provide food, education, medical attention and love for up to 80 children, ranging in age from 6 to 20. Matilda Education Society (MES) (Hyderabad, A.P., India)
Bindu Home, a place of warmth and Christian atmosphere, is currently providing education and shelter for 125 children. The home is attached to Matilda High School (English speaking) at Mallepalli village, and provides education from nursery age up through grade 10. We need English and music teachers.

Maximum Impact Ministries  (South India)
We have three orphanages and are planning a fourth. Each is unique, in that we obtain a house where a couple lives as house parents, along with six to twelve orphans. The children are well trained and empowered to fulfill the destiny to which God has called them. We need short or long term volunteers. We provide room and board (Indian Style).

Melon Orphanage (Nakuru, Kenya)
We help nearly 300 children aged between 3-17 from the slum areas of Nakuru City. Children attend from 8 to 5 daily and receive education, meals, and the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe environment. Many are orphans. Most live with extended family or in informal foster homes. We invite volunteers to help the children and the community at large in teaching, building work, medical treatment, etc.

Mercy Gate Champions Childrens Home  (Kisii Central, Nairobi, Kenya)

Ministry of Mercy (Otutulu Village, Kogi State, Nigeria)
This is the largest orphanage in Nigeria with over 300 residents. Aunties (many of whom are widows or outcasts themselves) are assigned 12 or so children. This is a completely Christ-centered work. Scheduled trips. Volunteers welcomed: Any skills, including construction/repairs, medical, love for children.

MiraMed Institute  (Moscow, St. Petersburg and Uglich, Russia)
Not necessarily a Christian organization. Short and long term volunteers as well as graduate level interns, are welcomed to assist in the care and education of children. Mukuyu Children's Home (Siavonga, Zambia)
We have only a small setup, ten children between the ages of six and ten, in one house. We hope to expand on this very soon. We welcome volunteer inquiries: No skills needed, just a willingness to work with needy kids in a rural bush setting.

My Father's House (Jamaica)
A home to 54 children, we're providing love and stability to abandoned children with disabilities. Access to constant physiotherapy for those most severally disabled, outside activities that bolster awareness of their environment, and schools catering to their special needs are among those things extended to each child.
